Honda HR-V Lease Numbers, in Writing, Before You Come In.
Tell me the trim you want and the miles you drive. I’m the finance manager at Bill Page Honda in Falls Church, and I’ll come back with real numbers: payment, due at signing, money factor, residual and every fee. No games. I’m your guy for this.

No marathon dealership visits. No pressure tactics. Just a clean, fast process built around your schedule.
Fill Out the Form
Takes about a minute. Tell me which Honda interests you, your target payment and when you’re looking to lease.
I Send Real Numbers
Within one business day, you’ll get an actual quote with every fee itemized. Hold it up against any other quote you have.
Come In & Drive Home
If the numbers work, credit approval comes first. Then come to Bill Page Honda, 6715 Arlington Blvd, and we’ll finalize the paperwork and handle any trade-in.
You Deserve Better Than the Typical Dealership Experience
Most people dread the finance office. I built my approach around being the opposite of that.
Direct Lender Access
I work with Honda Financial Services every day and know which programs are available this month, so I can show you where each number comes from.
Transparent Pricing
I show you the money factor, residual, acquisition fee and every line item before you sign anything. No mystery numbers.
Local NoVA Expert
Falls Church, Fairfax, Arlington, McLean: I know this market. I know the commuter needs, the parking constraints and the families growing out of sedans. I’ll point you to the right model.
Popular Honda Leases
Tell me the trim and I’ll send exact numbers based on today’s incentives, your credit and the miles you drive.
Why Lease a Honda?
Leasing isn’t for everyone, but for the right person it can be a smart move.
Lower Monthly Payments
You pay for the part of the car you use, not the full price, so payments are often lower than financing the same car.
Always the Latest Model
A new Honda every few years, with the newest safety tech and fuel efficiency improvements.
Warranty Coverage
A lease term that fits inside Honda’s factory warranty helps keep surprise repair bills out of your budget. I’ll show you how your term lines up.
Flexibility at Lease End
Buy it, trade up or return it when the lease ends. That’s useful if your family, commute or income might change.
EV & Hybrid Options
The Prologue EV and the hybrid CR-V, Civic and Accord are all on the list. Ask me what’s available this month.
I Walk You Through Everything
Before you sign, I explain every line: money factor, residual, acquisition fee and gap coverage. Nothing is rushed.
Lease Questions, Answered Straight
These are the questions I get every week. No hedging, no dealership-speak.
No. Sending this form doesn’t run your credit. I’d only run it if you decide to move forward and fill out a credit application.
As little as makes sense for you. Money you put down on a lease can be lost if the car is totaled early, and it doesn’t build ownership. I can show you the quote both ways so you can compare.
Most people pick 10,000, 12,000 or 15,000 miles a year. Extra miles usually cost less when they’re built into the lease than when you pay for them at turn-in, so tell me what you really drive and I’ll structure it from the start.
You can return the car, buy it for the price set in your contract, or lease or buy another one. If you return it, excess miles, excess wear and a disposition fee can apply.
The best rates go to the top credit tiers, and your tier can change the payment. Say so in the notes and I’ll give you an honest read before you make the trip. If leasing isn’t the right path, I’ll tell you straight and suggest alternatives.
Buying usually wins if you drive a lot, keep cars for many years or want no restrictions on modifications. Leasing can fit if you like a newer car every few years and you stay within your miles. I’ll tell you which one looks better for you.
Expect an acquisition fee, the dealer’s processing fee, tax, title, registration and your first payment. Your quote lists each one with its amount before you come in.
Taxes and fees depend on where the car will be registered, and Honda’s programs can vary by region. Your ZIP tells me which numbers apply to you.
